Hi, I'm 25 years old, from India. 58 kg/128lbs. Joined up with gym about 14 days ago. My goal would be to gain some weight and muscle and appearance good. I've been checking various posts for beginners in various sites and YouTube and something of these was STRONGLIFT 5x5 which caught my interest. I assume everyone here knows about it. While in my own gym the ground trainer handed me a routine having a different sets of exercises having 2 units of 20 reps (mainly devices). Where there wasn't any compound exercise.
